I'm still in high school and I'm trying to figure out what I want to do for the rest of my life. What I want the most is to write novels and poems, songs anything really. However I'm afraid I won't be able to make a living off of it. I find that my parents are steering me away from writing to try to get a "real job". They know I love it but want to make sure I can support myself.
