My writing for thirty years (daily) has been in the form of technical reports. I have never published fiction, which is my new passion. I have one novel completed, several short stories and another novel in process. 9/3/2012: Just found out this morning that my short short, "The Cage", was awarded an honorable mention in the Writers Weekly Summer Contest.
