I have had one novel published, but I hardly consider myself a professional writer. I'm recently married, living in California with my husband. After spending my adolesence in a tiny town in Texas, I got as far away as possible. I moved to downtown Manhattan and attended NYU to study classical voice. After that, I lived for one year in beautiful Charleston, South Carolina. As my 'day job,' I promote a rock band.
