Our Community

Review Fuse is a writing group for authors who are serious about improving their work. All members, including you, are expected to consistently give detailed and thorough critiques. As a member, you help us to monitor the quality of the reviews you receive by rating the critiques you are given.

You will get as much out of our writing group as you put into it. When you give detailed critiques, you will be automatically matched with members who put as much effort into their critiques as you do. But, if you tempt us by giving a critique that is poorly thought out, well, you can guess what kind of review your work will receive in return.

Review Fuse is a great site for authors because:

  • There are no limits as to how many pieces you can submit for critique. We currently accept short stories, poetry, book chapters, and essays for review.
  • Everything you submit for review is guaranteed to receive at least three peer reviews, generally in 72 hours or less.
  • We provide reviewers with structured critique frameworks to help them effectively analyze your work.
  • It's an online writing group. You can work whenever you want to: mornings, afternoons, evenings, late at night, or when you boss is not looking.
